Corporate Client Services (“CCS”) provides consultation and restructuring services to business owners with merchant cash advance (MCA) obligations and other commercial debt. These disclosures apply to all services described on corpclientservices.com, in our communications, and in any engagement you enter into with us.
CCS evaluates each prospective client’s situation and, where appropriate, offers consultation, negotiation, and case-management services intended to reduce the daily and total debt obligations owed to merchant cash advance funders and similar commercial creditors. Where legal services are required, those services are performed by independently licensed attorneys with whom we work; CCS is not itself a law firm.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. The savings, reductions, percentages, dollar figures, case studies, testimonials, and other outcomes shown on this Site reflect the experience of specific clients in specific circumstances. Your results will depend on factors including, but not limited to: the number, size, and age of your advances; the funders involved; the terms of your contracts; your business’s ongoing revenue; the willingness of funders to negotiate; and the truthfulness and completeness of the information you provide. CCS does not guarantee that any funder will agree to settle, reduce, restructure, or pause any obligation.
Specific figures referenced on this Site, including but not limited to “50–70% reduction in daily debits,” “$8.9 billion saved,” “92% acceptance rate,” the “2,700 cases” figure, and the case studies appearing in the Site’s testimonial and case-study sections, are based on CCS’s internal records of cases handled between 2012 and the date of this Site. Individual case figures may be rounded, anonymized, or paraphrased to protect client confidentiality. Aggregate statistics include all enrolled cases regardless of outcome.
Pursuing restructuring or settlement of an MCA or other commercial debt may have material consequences, including:
CCS’s fees are based on the size of the debt enrolled in a program and the structure of the resolution achieved. You have the right to cancel your engagement with CCS at any time, subject to the terms of the engagement agreement. You also have a right of rescission under applicable state and federal law for certain consumer transactions. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
